摘要
茶在徽州民间传统日常生活中占据着重要的地位。古徽州居民在婚俗、寿诞、年俗、节俗、待客礼仪等民间传统习俗中建构了形式丰富的茶文化,其间包蕴着的茶道精神、茶礼仪等文化传统于今仍有着深刻的现实价值。然而,随着现代社会的转型与文化的多元化发展,这些民间传统习俗中的茶文化遗产保护现状不容乐观。据此,在参阅相关文献的基础上,通过实地走访调查的方式,了解徽州民间传统习俗中的茶文化形式并就如何有效传承徽州茶文化遗产问题提出相应的策略。
Tea occupies an important position in the daily life of traditional Huizhou folks. Through traditional customs like wedding customs, birthday customs, spring festival customs, festival customs and guest receiving customs, residents in ancient Huizhou created a unique tea culture in various forms among which tea spirit and tea etiquette still have profound value for today. However, with the transformation of society and cultural diversification development, tea cultural heritage embodied in these folk customs is not well protected. Based on related documents and field investigation, this paper objectively analyses the main form of tea cultural heritage in traditional folk customs and put forward the corresponding strategy for the protection and inheritance of tea cultural heritage.
