摘要
文章通过明确护理质控的关键环节,做好每月、每季度质控的同时加强节假日、晚、夜间的护理质控及每天"五查一反馈"时间位点的现场护理质控工作。各项护理质量管理指标明显提高,护理不良事件发生率降低,护理服务满意度提高。实施时间位点管理可明显提高护理质量,减少护理不良事件的发生,能满足患者的住院需求,保障患者的安全。
By making clear the key in nursing quality control, a monthly as well as quarterly quality control was done, while quality control on holidays, late nights was strengthened. At the same time, a day care on - site quality control of ＂five checks and one feedback＂ was performed. As a result, the various indicators in the management of nursing quality have improved sig- nificantly, the incidence of adverse events in nursing has been reduced, nursing service satisfaction increased. So the imple- mentation of time site management can significantly improve the quality of care, reduce the incidence of adverse events in nurs- ing, so as to meet the needs of uatients in the hosoital and to ensure natient safetv.
