摘要
大学生就业形势日趋严峻,就业心理问题也呈增多趋势。比较常见的问题是就业认知有偏差、情绪调节能力弱、从众攀比心理作祟等。这些问题产生的原因主要是认知教育不完善、心理辅导不系统、就业指导不到位。因此,应进一步采取加强学生认知教育、构建长效的心理辅导机制、丰富就业指导内容等对策,来较好解决大学生就业问题。
With the increasing grimness of the employment situation for university students, their psychological prob- lems have become a prominent issue of concern. Some common prominent psychological problems include cognitive biases concerning employment, poor emotional adjusting ability, group psychology or comparing mentality, etc. , and the main rea- sons responsible for these problems are demonstrated as incomplete cognitive education, unsystematic psychological counse- ling, deficient employment guidance, so on and so forth. With regard to this situation, some countermeasures should be taken, such as strengthening the students' cognitive education,consummating the psychological counseling mechanism of the university instructors, and enriching the contents of the employment guidance, etc..
