摘要
采用表型性状分析结合RAPD技术对9个浙江省优良农家柿树品种40个单株进行分析,从形态学和遗传学两方面说明其遗传变异特征和本质,表型形状聚类结果表明,以1.5的相似系数值作为划分标准,可以将9个品种划分为2类;利用RAPD相似系数矩阵按UPGMA进行聚类分析,其结果与表型形状聚类结果基本一致。。
40 Diospyros kaki trees of 9 cultivars were selected in Zhejiang province for analyzing their genetic relationship by phenotypic character and RAPD. Cluster analysis on phenotypic characters resulted that 9 eultivars could be divided into two groups when similarity eoeftieient was 1.5. UPGMA on similarity coefficient matrix of RAPD had similar result with cluster analysis.
