摘要
目的观察睫状环阻塞性青光眼病例及远期治疗效果。方法对2009年6月至2013年8月17例（18眼）在我院治疗的睫状环阻塞性青光眼治疗效果进行回顾性总结分析。其中发生在白内障人工晶状体植入术后2例（2眼）、慢性闭角型青光眼术后12例（13眼）、急性闭角型青光眼高眼压下手术后2例（2眼）及白内障青光眼联合手术后1例（1眼）。结果随诊6～36个月，17例（18眼）经长期阿托品散瞳治疗眼压控制5例（5眼）、散瞳合并1～2种降眼压药物治疗眼压控制4例（4眼）、白内障摘出＋前部玻璃体切除术眼压控制6例（7眼），单纯行前部玻璃体切除术后眼压控制2例（2眼）。视力〈0．05者7眼（38．9％）、0．05～0．25者7眼（38．9％）及视力≥0．3者4眼（22．2％）。结论对睫状环阻塞性青光眼只要早期发现、合理治疗，大多数病例均可保留有用视力。
Objective To observe the long term efficiency of treatment of ciliary block glaucoma. Methods The therapeutic effect of ciliary block glaucoma in 18 eyes of 17 patients treated in our hospital from June 2009 to August 2013 was retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 2 cases developed ciliary block glaucoma after cataract phacoemulsification and [OL implantation surgery, 13 eyes of 12 cases developed ciliary block glaucoma after chronic angle closure glaucoma operation, 2 cases developed ciliary block glaucoma after acute angle closure glaucoma surgery with high intraocular pressure （IOP） and 1 case developed ciliary block glaucoma after combined cataract and glaucoma operation. Results Following up for 6 to 36 months, the lOP were controlled by long-term treatment with atropine mydriasis in 5 cases, by combining atropine mydriasis and 1 or 2 kinds of ocular hypotensive agents in 4 cases, by cataract and anterior vitrectomy in 6 cases （7 eyes）, and by only anterior vitrectomy in 2 cases. The vision was below 0.05 in 7 eyes （38.9%）, was O. 05-0.25 in 7 eyes （38.9%） and 0.3 or better in 4 eyes （22.2%）. Conclusion If the ciliary block glaucoma is discovered in an early phase and reasonable therapy is used, the usable visual function can be kept in most patients.
