摘要
文中研究对象是北京某燃气热电厂E级燃机电厂的制水系统,论述了"无人值守"化学水处理系统技术原理,包括:制水系统组成及工艺流程、EDI子程控子系统、二级反渗透子程控、一级反渗透子程控、预处理子程控、水箱水位测量系统滤波技术等。该系统投运后实现了系统的自动投运、自动退出、子系统中多个设备轮流运行、根据水质参数自动调节加药量的目标,并成功应用于电厂的化学制水系统,达到减员增效。
The research object of this paper is the water system of the E class of a gas turbine power plant in Beijing, this paper expounds the technology principle of "unattended" chemical water treatment system, including composition and process flow of water system, EDI sub program control subsystem, two level reverse osmosis program, one level reverse osmosis program, pretreatment sub program control, filter technology, etc. The system can realize automatic operation system, automatic termination, multiple devices running in sub system, and automatically adjust the dosage of the target according to water quality parameters, and successfully applied to the chemical water system of power plant , which achieves downsizing.
