摘要
为研究锤铆工艺,设计了一种能进行锤铆试验的试验台,加入相关的电气元件,实现对输入气压和铆接时间等参数的控制;用正交试验方法设计了试验方案,并在设计好的试验台上进行了锤铆试验,试验得到在不同输入气压、不同铆接时间下铆钉的镦头高度,结果表明,输入气压和铆接时间是影响锤铆工艺的重要参数,在输入气压为0.5 MPa,铆接时间为2 s时,能得到符合要求的镦头高度,并且输入气压的影响大于铆接时间。
For the study of hammer riveting process, this paper designs a test bed capable of doing hammer riveting research, which adds related electrical components to make the parameter such as input pressure and riveting time controlla-hle. This system designs experiment program by using orthogonal experimental method, and the hammer riveting test is carried out in the test bench design, then upsetting head height is got under different input pressure and different rivetingtime. The result shows that the input pressure and riveting time are important parameters affecting the hammer riveting process when the input pressure of 0. 5 MPa and the riveting time is 2 s,the system can be obtained to meet the require-ments of head height, meantime the impact of input pressure is greater than riveting time.
