摘要
"三严三实"是共产党人最基本的政治品格和做人准则,也是党员干部的修身之本、为政之道、成事之要。企业党员干部要身体力行践行"三严三实",就必须永葆本色,做一个信念坚定的党员干部;恪尽本职,做一个忠于职守的党员干部;安守本分,做一个廉洁自律的党员干部;砥砺本领,做一个担当有为的党员干部。
“San Yan San Shi” means being strict in self -development ,in the exercise of power and in self -disci‐pline ,and being earnest in making plans ,in opening up new undertakings and in upholding personal integrity .It is the communists＇bottommost political character and the standard of personal conduct .To practice it ,Party members and cadres must keep their true quality ,fulfill their jobs ,be clean and honest and play a promising role in their en‐terprise .
