摘要
对石河子引种的6个杨树(Populus spp.)无性系建立了叶面积估测模型,旨在为杨树叶面积的测量提供一种简便、实用的方法。应用WDY-500A型微电子面积测量仪测定了6个杨树无性系的叶面积指标,选择了8个模型,以叶片主脉长(L)和最大宽(W),以及两者乘积(L×W)作为变量与叶面积进行相关分析。结果表明,叶面积与叶片主脉长的拟合效果比较差;筛选出复相关系数均达0.9以上的最佳模型为二次方程Y=a+bx+cx2和幂函数关系方程Y=axb,从而建立了杨树无性系叶面积估测的通用模型,即LA=-7.324 6+0.707 6(LW)+0.000 06(LW)2和LA=1.286 7W1.690 9。
Leaf area determination model of six clones of Populus spp. introduced was estabhshed in Shihezi, to provide a simple and practical method. Applying microelectronics area meter to measure leaf area index of six clones, eight types regression models were selected to analyze the relationship between leaf area and the main pulse length (L), maximum width (W)as well as the product of L and W. The results showed that simulating effect of the main pulse length (L) was rather poor. The quadratic polynomial equation(Y=a+bx+cx2)and the power equation(Y=ax6)were the best models,and their correlation coefficients was above 0.9. The general models of the leaf area of Populus spp. clones were established LA =-7.324 6+0.707 6 (LW)+0.000 06(LW)2and LA=1.286 7W1.6909.
