摘要
天然海砂已经成为我国部分沿海城市建筑用砂的重要来源,但因其较高的氯含量和夹杂细碎贝壳等特性,在工程应用中受到了一定的限制。本文比照分析了不同氯含量天然海、河砂混凝土的工作性、抗压强度以及抗氯离子渗透性能,探讨了掺合料与耐蚀剂对于内掺型富氯海砂混凝土的适用性与可行性。研究结果表明,混凝土的坍落度随砂中氯含量的增大而显著减小;砂中氯含量大小以及一定掺量掺合料与耐蚀剂的加入,基本不影响混凝土的抗压强度;掺合料与耐蚀剂还可改善混凝土的工作性及抗氯离子渗透性能,18%掺量的耐蚀剂与30%掺量的掺合料对提升混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的能效相近。
Dredged offshore sand has been an important alternative construction resource of river sand at some coastal regions in China.Because of frequently causing problems to concrete,the offshore sand was restricted to some constructions due to its rich chloride and shell content.In this work,we compared the workability,compressive strength and resistance to chloride ion permeability of concrete contained natural offshore or river sand with different chloride content,and also discussed the feasibility and application of admixture and corrosion inhibitor on concrete contained chloride-rich offshore sand.The results shows that the workability of concrete,and the slump of the concrete reduce significantly with the increase of chloride content.Besides,it was verified that theseaddtions(chloride,others admixture and corrosion inhibitors)have no obvious adverse effects on the compressive strength of concrete,and definitely improves the workability and resistance to chloride ion permeability of the concrete.Furthermore,the 18% corrosion inhibitor in concrete exhibits nearly the same efficiency of enhancing the resistance to chloride ion permeability as the 30%admixture.
