过氧化甲乙酮致皮肤及黏膜烧伤伴急性中毒一例 被引量:2

摘要 患儿男,1岁10个月,2013年3月21日不慎误服40%过氧化甲乙酮(methyl ethyl ketone peroxide,MEKP)约15 m L后呕吐,呕吐物(含口腔中未下咽的MEKP)接触下颌部、颈部、前胸部皮肤致烧伤,患儿当即哭闹,伴刺激性呛咳,进而出现呼吸困难。伤后1 h在当地医院立即予气管插管、洗胃、保护胃黏膜、镇静、补液等处理。
