摘要
南约洛坦气田试运投产初期,由于早期预测的井口气质组分参数与开产后的实际测试参数存在较大差距,很大程度上影响了下游设备、阀门的材质设计优选。试运投产过程中,单井井口节流阀频繁发生故障,给气井稳定生产带来较大影响。结合气田当前生产条件,对井口节流阀故障类型进行分类,总结了目前井口阀门的腐蚀现状及特点,并对引起井口装置腐蚀的环境因素进行分析,提出了具体防护措施,为单井井口装置下一步生产运行管理提供依据。
During appraisal production of South Yolotan gas reservoir, the choke valve in wellhead failed frequently, which significantly influenced normal production of gas wells. The reason was that because the forecasted gas composition before production was largely different from the real estimated composition during production, and thus the selected downstream facilities and valves could not match the real production condition. This arti- cle classifies the choke valve failure types based on current production condition, summarizes current corro- sion characteristics and status of wellhead valves, analyzes environmental factor impacting on wellhead equipment corrosion, and proposes specific mitigation measures which can provide reference for next opera- tion management of wellhead equipment.
