水平定向钻回拖施工中注水平衡法的改进 被引量:2

摘要 在大口径管道水平定向钻回拖施工中,通常采用在管道内安装一条PE管,并通过边回拖边往PE管内注水的方法来平衡管道浮力,从而达到减小管道回拖阻力的目的。该方法的缺点是PE管安装时易造成PE管焊口断裂,PE管上水时上水泵、上水管易发生故障,该方法不利于采用夯击钢管方法以辅助回拖等。将上述传统的采用单根直径较大的PE管改成采用两根直径相对较小的PE管,注水方式由PE管内注水改为PE管外注水,以此平衡管道浮力可较好地克服以上的缺点。结合哈萨克斯坦伊犁河定向钻穿越工程管道的回拖实例,介绍了采用上述新回拖工艺后成功实施回拖的过程。工程实践表明,回拖过程中回拖拉力平稳,均≤3 000 kN,一次回拖成功,且均未使用夯管锤辅助回拖措施。 In large diameter steel pipeline pullback operation of HHD construction, the common method to decrease pullback resistance is to install a PE pipeline into the steel pipeline and fill water into the PE pipeline to balance the steel pipeline floating force. But while using that method, the PE pipeline welds are apt to break, water pump and water filling pipe have troubles easily as filling the PE pipeline, and that method has disadvantage in assistant pullback by tamping the steel pipeline. In the improved method, the single PE pipeline with larger diameter is substituted by the two PE pipelines with smaller diameter, and water fitting into the single PE pipeline is changed by water filling to outside of the PE pipelines. In the HHD project of pipeline crossing Yili River in Kazakhstan, the successful application of the improvement method proves that the pullback force is steady and less than 3 000 kN, and assistant pullback measure of tamping does not be taken.
