摘要
基于钻石模型、要素禀赋理论和价值链理论,从产业宏观竞争力和企业微观竞争力两个维度,构建了煤炭产业国际竞争力评价指标层次结构模型.结构模型由2个二级指标,11个三级指标和31个四级指标构成,涵盖了产业的生产技术水平、资源要素、市场要素、产业规模水平、相关及支持性产业5个方面,企业的生产技术水平、经营水平、市场化能力、研发创新能力、资源禀赋和国际化程度6个方面.最后通过层次分析法,构造了评价指标成对比较矩阵,进行了评价指标的向量计算和一致性检验,完成了指标的赋权,并深入分析了指标的特点和内涵.
Based on the theories of the diamond model,resource endowment,and the value chain,this research establishes a hierarchical model of evaluation indicators of the coal industry' s international competitiveness from both macro and micro perspectives. The whole evaluation system consists of two second-order indicators,eleven third-order indicators,and thirty-one fourth-order indicators. The indicators at the macro level cover the following five aspects related to the coal industry: the production technology level of the industry,the resource factor,the market factor,the industry's size,and auxiliary industries. The indicators at the micro level compose the following six aspects related to a coal company: the production technology level of a company,the operational performance,the ability of marketing,the ability of RD and innovation,the resource endowment,and the degree of internationalization. By the AHP method,this research constructs comparision matrices of evaluation indicators,calculates the vector weights of all the indicators,and checks the consistency of each expert's evaluation judgement. In addition,this research analyzes the characteristics and natures of the evaluation indicators.
