摘要 为了确定测产动态称重过程中影响因素与响应指标的具体关系,设计并制作了测产试验台.以里格尔87-5号加工番茄为试验对象,采用正交试验的方法,完成了测产传感器的动态称重试验,分析了各影响因素对称量精度的影响,并建立了称量精度与各影响因素之间的回归方程.通过参数优化得出:最优影响参数组合为:称重皮带运行速度为0.9m/s,皮带表面形状为大小均匀的方格状并且物料(番茄)供给量为50kg.最后通过试验验证了优化结果的准确性与合理性. In order to determine the specific relationship between factors and response indicators in the dynamic weighing process of yield monitor,a yield monitor test-bed was designed and manufactured. The Ligeer 87- 5processing tomato was chosen for the trial subject. The dynamic weighing of yield monitor sensor was completed,the saliency of influence of each factor on weighing accuracy was analyzed and mathematical models between the weighing accuracy and each factor was established by applying orthogonal experiment method. The optimal combination of factors was that the speed of weighing belt was 0. 9m / s,the surface shape of the belt was uniform size square grid and material( tomatoes) supplying was 50 kg by parameter optimization. Finally,the parameter optimization result was verified to be accurate and reasonable by test.
