摘要
现代社会的有机农业是一种以完全拒绝现代化学农业制品而闻名的农业形式,其形成的逻辑机理、发展脉络及影响因素可从价值、知识和文化三个角度阐述,首先,从农业生态价值的应然性与实然性问题上,区分了不同农业形式所遵循的生态哲学理念;其次,依据地方性知识与现代科学知识之间的互动关系,指出有机农业区别与传统农业的一个重要因素就是在其现代科学知识体系的基础之上具有一定的现实反思性意义;最后从社会、农业与文化角度入手,对启蒙心态为代表的现代文化进行反思,并探讨据此构建的社会氛围与有机农业的文化价值之间的关系。有机农业从传统农业中脱离、衍生和发展的逻辑脉络既反映现代生态价值被重视的时代要求,又具有重新重视地方性知识的存在必要,此外与中国传统农业文化相呼应,也被认为是有机农业产业发展的一个潜在因素。辩明有机农业与传统农业、现代农业等农业形式之间存在的联系与区别,有助于为人类与自然的和解提供一种建设性的思路。
In modern society, organic agriculture is well known as an agricultural form that excludes any modem chemical agricultural product completely. This paper expounds the logic mechanism, developmental context and influential factors which have all contributed to organic agriculture from the angles of value, knowledge and culture. First of all, it differentiates ecological philosophical concepts that different agricultural forms follow in the perspective of the/＂ought to be＂ and ＂do be＂ of agricultural ecological value. Secondly, according to the relationship between local knowledge and modem scientific~ knowledge it points out that an important factor that distinguishes organic agriculture from traditional one lies in the fact that organic agriculture is of reflectional significance based on the modern scientific knowledge system. Thirdly and lastly, in the perspectives of society, agriculture and culture it reflects the the modern culture that is represented by the mentality of enlightenment and discusses the relationship between social atmosphere which is constructed on modem culture and the cultural value organic agriculture possesses. The logical context of organic agriculture walking out of traditional agriculture, evolving and developing shows that nowadays local knowledge / is once again stressed while modem ecological value is paid much attention. Furthermore, the fact that organic agriculture works in concert with China traditional agricultural culture is also the development of the organic agriculture industry. Clarifying the difference agriculture, traditional agriculture and modem agriculture, etc is helpful to thinking for the harmonious coexistence of human beings with nature. regarded as a potential factor for and relationship between organic providing a constructive way of
