摘要
为配合一条220k V线路检修,某变电站220k V I母停运,所有负荷并倒到220k V II母运行。在检修过程中,母差保护误动,将无故障的220k V II母所有元件跳开。本文分析了事故产生的原因,提出了运行中保证RCS-915型母线保护安全运行的对策和注意事项。
A substation＇s 220kV bus bar I had a outage cooperating with a 220kV power line＇s maintenance. All load was switched to the 220kV bus bar II. In the maintenance process, differential bus＇s protection misoperated, all high voltage switches of 220kV bus bar II tripped. This paper analyzed the cause of the accident, put forward countermeasures to ensure safe in the operation of RCS-915 busbar protection and the matters needing attention.
