摘要
c-fos作为一种即刻早期基因,在介导脉冲性促性腺激素释放素(GnRH)刺激下垂体中卵泡刺激素(FSH)的合成与释放中发挥重要作用。本文就c-fos在介导不同频率GnRH脉冲刺激下cAMP信号通路、MAPK信号通路、Ca^(2+)/钙调蛋白依赖性蛋白激酶信号通路和活化T细胞核因子(NFAT)信号通路的信号转导后FSHβ转录中的作用进行综述,以便更深入地理解不同频率的GnRH脉冲性刺激下FSH生成的生理机制,这将有助于研发免疫治疗的分子靶位,最终有效的治疗由于c-fos或相关信号转导通路分子的缺乏或突变所致的不孕/不育。
t As an immediate early gene, c-fos plays a critical role in stimulating the synthesis and release of pituitary FSH via GnRH. To better understanding the mechanism how c-los works in the transcription of FSHβ under different frequency of pulsatile GnRH stimulation, this paper reviewed the signal transductions initiated by c-fos in pituitary, which include cAMP pathway, MAPK pathway, Ca^2+calmodulin-dependent kinases pathway and nuclear factor of activated T-cells (NFAT) pathway. It will be helpful for research in molecular targeted immunotherapy and eventually effective treatment to the infertility which resulted from defection or mutation of c-fos and c-fos related signal pathway elements.
