摘要
通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪研究某300 k A工业铝电解槽非阳极效应过程全氟化碳(PFC)的排放,探讨PFC产生的电位,研究氧化铝浓度对非效应PFC产生的影响,分析非效应和效应过程PFC中CF_4和C_2F_6 的比例关系。结果表明,非阳极效应PFC产生的主要原因是电解槽内氧化铝浓度偏低,氧化铝浓度低于2.78%时会产生非阳极效应PFC,在非阳极效应PFC主要是CF_4,没有发现C_2F_6 。通过改善氧化铝浓度分布情况,可消除非效应PFC的排放。
The PFC emission in the non-anode effect of the aluminum electrolysis with 300 k A aluminum reduction cell is investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry. The potential of PFC producing is researched,and the effect of alumina concentration on the PFC emission in the non-anode effect is studied,and the ratios of the CF4 and C2F6 in the non-anode effect and the anode effect are analyzed. The results show that the PFC production in non-anode effect mainly results from the low alumina concentration,and the PFC will be produced while the alumina concentration is lower than that 2. 78%. The non-anode effect PFC is composed of CF4,there is no C2F6 appearing. The PFC emission in the non-anode effect can be prevented by the adjustment of the alumina concentration distribution in the reduction cell.
