摘要
利用水冷铜坩埚悬浮熔炼制备K4169合金,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等,研究了水冷铜坩埚悬浮熔炼对K4169合金的组织和室温力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:熔炼工艺对K4169合金析出相无明显影响;水冷铜坩埚悬浮熔炼相比真空感应熔炼K4169合金存在更明显的枝晶组织和块状、链状的Laves相;室温下拉伸性能比真空感应熔炼K4169合金高56%;水冷铜坩埚悬浮熔炼K4169试样断口中二次枝晶臂排列紧密,三次枝晶臂相互交联,而真空感应熔炼试样枝晶臂更加短小;水冷铜坩埚悬浮熔炼比真空感应熔炼K4169合金室温下抗压强度高25%,但塑性较低。
K4169 alloy was prepared by the cold crucible levitation melting(CCLM). The effect of meting technology on the microstructure and mechanical properties at room temperature of the alloy prepared were explored by SEM, XRD etc. The research shows that the phase exits not significant difference by different melting method in K4169; the dendritic structure, large and chain Laves phase is more obvious in the sample prepared by CCLM than by the vacuum induction melting (VIM) ; tensile property at room temperature of K4169 by CCLM is 56% higher than by VIM, fracture surface shows secondary dendrite arms are arranged densely, third dendrite arms connect each other; the dendrite arms ofK4169 by VIM are shorter; compressive strength of the sample by CCLM is 25% higher than by VIM and compressive plastic is lower.
