摘要
辅导员是大学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者,专业化是当前高校辅导员队伍建设的主要策略和发展方向,但其中仍有若干问题是不够清晰和明确的。本文阐述了辅导员专业化的内涵,并论述了笔者结合实际工作对辅导员专业化路径所做的探索,最后提出反思与讨论。
Counselors are the organizers, implementers and mentors of College Students＇ daily ideological and political education and management. Specialization is the main strategy and direction of the construction of college counselors＇ team, but there are still some problems that are not clear and clear. The article states the connotation of counselors＇ specialization, and discusses the exploration of the path of the professionalization of counselors with actual work. At last, put forward reflection and discussion.
