摘要 中低速磁浮交通采用有缝线路、非对称形状复杂的F型钢轨,F型钢轨接头是磁浮列车安全、平稳和快速运行的关键。基于既有JI型和JII型接头出现的竖向不平顺、振动等问题,提出了两种新型接头方案。新型JI型接头中新设的导向限位槽、燕尾键、U型连接板等结构增强了接头横向对中性能、抗扭刚度和防高差错位能力,且适应于0~30mm的轨缝变化。新型JII型接头中新设的主副限位扣和弹性复位元件等可有效适应主F型钢轨的温差伸缩变形,并实现副F型钢轨纵向自动对中性能;其防转垫圈实现了直线段和曲线段F型钢轨的自由伸缩,可适应0~4()mm的轨缝变化.幅度。 Jointed track and symmetric F-shaped rail applied in middle-low speed maglev system are the key structures for trainsafety, riding comfort and fast running. In this pa- per, two new rail joints are designed to solve the problems of the existing J Ⅰ type and J Ⅱ type rail joints, such as the track vertical irregularity, abnormal vibration and so on. In the new JⅠ type joint, guiding groove, dovetail structure and U-shaped connection plate are applied to strengthen thc joint torsional stiffness, centering capacity and elevation difference control. This joint is adapted to the expansion gap of rail between 0-31) mm; the mainvice- limiting buckles and elastic components of the new JⅡ type joint are used to release the F-shaped rail deformation caused by temperature, so as to achieve the deputy F-shaped rail automatic centering; theanti-rotating gaskets are tact- fully designed for the deformations of F-shaped rail in straight and curve tracks. Thus, for the new J Ⅱ type joint, the rail gap can be varied in a rangeof 0-40 mm.
