适应SCR脱硝的回转式空气预热器传热计算模型研究 被引量:8

摘要 电厂烟气经SCR,脱硝后,产生黏度大、腐蚀性强的硫酸氢铵,造成空预器堵塞和腐蚀,影响机组运行。针对SCR脱硝后回转式空预器运行环境的改变,在已有传热模型研究的基础上,结合回转式空预器的结构特点,提出了一种可用于SCR脱硝后的空预器传热计算模型.考虑SCR脱硝后烟气成分变化以及温度对物性的影响,可准确计算得到SCR脱硝后回转式空预器内部温度场,为电厂配置SCR脱硝装置后回转式空预器的设计和改造提供理论依据。对两分仓和SCR脱硝前后三分仓回转式空预器实例计算以及和现场实验结果比较,表明本文提出的传热计算模型适用面广、计算精度高。 After SCR denitrification in thermal power plants,high viscosity and highly corrosive NH_3HSO_4 would be generated which would bring blockage and corrosion to the rotary air preheaters.Thus would affects the operation of the paints.For the changing operation environment of rotary air preheaters after SCR denitrification,this paper raised a heat transfer model for rotary air preheaters adapt to SCR denitrification at the base of other investigations combined with the structural features of rotary air preheaters.Considering the changing of flue gas composition and temperature impact to the physical properties of flue gas and calculating the concentration of NH_3and SO_3 to determine the deposition temperature of NH_4SO_4,the model raised in this paper could accurately calculate the temperature fields in rotary air preheaters after SCR denitrification which could provide a theoretical basis for the design and transformation of the rotary air preheaters in thermal power plants after SCR denitrification.According to the heat transfer calculation examples of tri-sectorial rotary air preheaters that before and after SCR denitrification and the comparison with field test results,the heat transfer model raised in this paper has high preciseness and applicability.
