针对房建工程施工的质量控制特点,从完善预控机制、加强技术管理、严检施工材料等方面,介绍了房建工程施工质量的控制措施,有利于提升房建工程的施工水平,实现经济社会效益的最大化。
According to the quality control features of the housing engineering, the paper introduces the controlling measures for the construction quality of the projects from the improvement of the preeontrol mechanism, promotion level of technical management, and strict inspection of con- struction materials, so as to promote the construction level of the housing construction and maximize the economic and social benefits.
