摘要
随着我国法制化进程的不断加快,法律硕士专业学位研究生教育迅速发展,但也面临着如何科学地确定人才培养目标、优化课程体系、改进培养途径、完善培养方案、实现人才培养模式创新的关键性问题。笔者结合当前我国法律硕士专业学位培养现状,分析我国法律硕士培养面临的困境及原因,提出建议和对策,以便更好地促进教学研究,完善教育制度,确保法律硕士专业学位研究生培养质量。
With the continuous acceleration of China＇s legal progress, the professional degree education of Juris Master has achieved rapid development, but is also faced with a crucial is- sue, that is, how to realize the innovation of talent cultivation model through the scientific determination of talent cultivation objectives, the optimization of the curriculum system, the im- provement of cultivation ways and the perfection of the cultivation scheme. Combined with the current situation of the cultivation of professional degree postgraduates of Juris Master in China, the writer analyzes the predicaments faced by the current Juris Mas- ter education in China and proposes coping suggestions and countermeasures, so as to better promote the teaching research, improve the education system and ensure the cultivation quality of professional degree postgraduates of Jufis Master.
