摘要
通过分析政府与市场关系指出,引导地方本科高校转型发展,必须坚持市场主导,发挥市场在资源配置中的决定性作用;同时还要充分发挥政府在高校转型中的主导地位;努力形成政府作用和市场作用有机统一、相互补充、相互协调、相互促进的格局。
Guiding the transformation and development of local undergraduate colleges, it must adhere to market-oriented, and play the decisive role of the market in the allocation of resources. Meanwhile, it is necessary to make full use of the leading role of the government in the transformation, and make efforts to form a government role and market role of the organic unity, complementeach other, mutual coordination and mutual promotion of the pattern.
