摘要
中国民航运输业的快速发展,推动了民航维修业的成长与变革。本文回顾了飞机维修业的发展历程,分析了飞机维修业基于中国国情的现状特点;展望了飞机维修业的发展趋势,包括布局向中西部发展、迎接通航市场、面临机型更新换代的挑战、企业维修资质认可性增强、大型企业进行升级转型、发展"客改货"等业务、涉足设计领域等;重点分析了人才培养问题,指出了高校、企业、培训机构在人才培养上的问题和改进方向。
The rapid development of China＇s civil aviation transportation industry promotes the growth of civil aviation maintenance industry.The development mode of aircraft maintenance organization is reviewed,the current situation based on Chinese characteristics is analyzed.The trend of the development is prospected.It is indicated that the layout of the development is expanding to the central and western regions and the enterprises is facing the challenge of upgrade.Finally the problems of talent training are focused on,and the training problems of colleges,universities,enterprises and training institution are pointed out.
