摘要
目的:探讨适应心理护理对高血压病性心脏病患者的应用效果。方法:选取我院收治的高血压病性心脏病患者240例,分为对照组和观察组,每组120例,对照组患者仅采取常规抗高血压治疗,观察组患者则在对照组基础上给予适应心理护理干预,比较分析两组患者心理状态变化指标。结果:在抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分方面,观察组分别为(33.16±10.24)分、(34.83±10.23)分,明显优于对照组分别为(57.38±11.47)分、(54.73±11.53)分,两组差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:适应心理护理对高血压病性心脏病患者应用效果显著,可以明显改善患者抑郁情绪以及焦虑情绪,值得临床推广。
Objective： To explore the effect of adaptive psychological nursing on patients with hypertensive heart disease. Methods： 240 patients with hypertensive heart disease were divided into control group and observation group（n = 120）. The patients in control group received routine anti-hypertensive therapy. The patients observation group received adaptive psychological nursing on the basis of routine anti-hypertensive therapy, the therapeutic effects were compared. Results： The score of the depression self rating scale（SDS） and self rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） of the observation group was（33.16±34.83） and（10.24±10.23） respectively, which was significantly better than that of the control group（57.38±11.47, 54.73±11.53）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of adaptive psychological nursing was remarkable in treating patients with hypertensive heart disease and it was worth promoting.
