摘要
笔者运用中药汤剂天贝汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病30例。治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上配合天贝汤口服,对照组采用西医常规治疗,两组治疗一个疗程(10d)后,治疗组显效5例,好转23例,无效2例,总有效率达93.33%;对照组显效2例,好转20例,无效8例,总有效率为73.33%。两组治疗结果经统计学分析,P<0.05,具有统计学意义,即治疗组疗效优于对照组。
The Tianbei decoction was applied in treating 30 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The treatment group received conventional western medicine plus the Tianbei decoction orally; the control group received conventional western medicine treatment. In a course of treatment（10 days）, in the treatment group, 5 cases had marked effect, improvement in 23 cases, ineffective in 2 cases; the total efficiency was 93.33%; In the control group 2 cases were markedly effective, improvement in 20 cases; 8 cases were invalid; the total efficiency was 73.33%. Clinical results were analyzed by statistical analysis, P〈0.05, with statistical significance. In the treatment group the curative effect is better than that in the control group.
