摘要
目的:研究芒硝外敷辅助治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将50例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为治疗组25例和对照组25例。治疗组采用西医治疗+芒硝外敷;对照组仅采用西医治疗。疗程均为7d。结果:治疗组总有效率为92%,对照组总有效率为84%。治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:芒硝外敷辅助治疗急性胰腺炎临床疗效显著。
Objective：To investigate clinical effects of Mangxiao external application on acute pancreatitis. Methods：50 cases of acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into the treatment group for 25 cases and the control group for 25 cases. The treatment group received western medicine plus Mangxiao;the control group was treated with western medicine only. A course of treatment was 10 days. Results：The total efifciency in the treatment group was 92%, and in the control was 84%. The treatment group was much better than the control group;the difference was statistically signiifcant. Conclusion：Mangxiao external application was signiifcantly effective on acute pancreatitis.
