摘要
目的:了解中医综合方案治疗小儿紫癜性肾炎的效果。方法:对我院2012年3月-2014年3月收治的紫癜性肾炎患儿进行抽样,选取74例患儿,随机分成两组,对照组实施西医常规治疗,实验组接受中医综合方案治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果:1临床疗效对比:实验组总有效率(94.59%)明显高于对照组(78.38%),差异具有显著性(P<0.05);2 24h尿蛋白定量、尿β2-MG、血β2-MG水平对比:实验组明显低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合方案对紫癜性肾炎患儿具有重要的影响,临床上应引起足够重视。
Objective：To understand the effects of comprehensive TCM program on purpura nephritis in children. Methods： 74 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with the routine western medicine;the experimental group received the comprehensive TCM therapy. Results：①The total efifciency in the experimental group was signiifcantly higher than 78.38%in the control group;the difference was signiifcant （P〈0.05）;②24h urine protein, urine 2-MG, serum 2-MG levels in the experimental group were signiifcantly lower than the control group;the difference was signiifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Treating purpura nephritis in children can receive a good effect, is worthy of promotion.
