摘要
本文以北京京能未来燃气热电有限公司在北京未来科技城区域能源集中供应为例,通过对比分析、新技术应用介绍及方案优化,从技术性与经济性两方面对城市能源三联供技术的应用及推广进行研究与分析。研究结果表明:冷热电三联供系统应用于城市综合体有效实用,提高了能源利用率,是我国发展分布式能源的一种重要途径,符合国家政策及发展要求,综合能源利用率可以高达80%以上。城市能源三联供技术路线可行,节能环保,具有巨大的经济、社会及环保效益,为城市能源供应发展提供了一定参考。
In this paper, with the concentrated energy supply of Beijing Jingneng Gas Thermal Power Co., Ltd. inBeijing Weilai science and technology area as an example, through the comparative analysis, the introduction ofnew technology application and scheme optimization, from two aspects of technology and economy, the applicationand popularization of the CCHP technology were researched and analyzed. The research results showed that theCCHP system is effective and practical in urban complex and has improved energy utilization rate, and it is an im-portant way to develop distributed energy in China. It is in line with the national policy and development require-ments. The comprehensive energy utilization rate can be as high as 80%. Urban CCHP technology is feasible, en-ergy saving and environmental protective, has huge economic, social and environmental benefits, and provides areference for the development of urban energy supply.
