摘要
本文从零件图结构分析、定位基准和装夹方式确定等方面,全面分析了一个典型零件的数控加工工艺。最后,在数控铣床上加工出该产品,满足了产品的技术要求。
In this paper, the numerical control machining process of a typical part is analyzed comprehensively fromthe aspects of structure analysis, positioning reference and clamping method determination, etc., and finally, the prod-uct is processed in the numerical control milling machine which satisfies the product technical request.
