摘要
目的:规范信息系统培训,为使信息系统顺利实施。方法:信息系统培训要做到领导重视,层层落实,科学组训,严格考核。结果:通过规范信息系统培训,使信息系统顺利实施。结论:在医院信息化建设中,培训工作是重要环节,要充分认识信息培训工作的重要性,必须强化信息培训,做到领导重视,层层落实,科学组训,严格考核,才能真正做好信息培训工作。
