摘要
数字化手术室建设是信息技术与医学技术的交叉学科,通过信息集成,将实时数据监测与查询、远程医学影像技术、RFID跟踪技术等相结合,应用到手术室环境中,对于手术过程标准化、手术直播、手术示教、感染控制和追溯、手术物品统一管理具有重要意义。主要介绍了一整套数字化手术室信息化建设解决方案,包括临床信息集成、手术视频直播、手术指导、手术示教、人员行为控制、消毒追溯等方面的建设,通过介绍数字化手术室系统的建设规划与实施,为今后其他医疗机构数字化手术室的建设提供依据。
Digital operating room construction is a cross subject of information technology and medical technology.Through the information integration,the real-time data monitoring and query,telemedicine imaging technology,RFID tracking technology and others are combined and applied to the operating room environment,which has great significance on operation process standardization,operation broadcasting,operation teaching,infection control and traceability,and the unified management of surgical items.This paper mainly introduces a whole set of digital operating room informatization construction solutions,including the construction of clinical information integration,operation video broadcasting,operation guidance,surgery teaching,personnel behavior control,disinfection tracking and other aspects.Through the introduction of the construction planning and implementation of digital operating room system,it provides basis for the construction of the digital operating room in other medical institutions in the future.
