摘要
使用数控铣床加工螺纹,是一种先进的螺纹加工方法,与传统螺纹加工方法相比,它具有使用范围广、生产效率高、加工质量好、刀具通用性好、加工安全性好、工艺简单易学、程序编写简单等诸多优点。从螺纹铣削加工方法可行性、使用范围、加工成本、螺纹加工刀具通用性、螺纹铣削原理、螺纹铣削工艺等几方面并结合实例加工来论述使用数控铣床(或加工中心)加工螺纹在制造业生产中的优势。
Manufacturing screw threads with NC milling machines is advanced. Compared with the traditional methods,it is safe and efficient,producing works with better quality. The methods are easy to learn and the program easy to write. Besides,it can be applied in a wide range of places,for its cutting tools can be generally used. This article talks about the advantages of manufacturing screw threads with NC milling machines in terms of its feasibility,application areas,costs,generality of cutting tools,working principle,and the process itself.
