摘要
目的采用三维步态分析定量评价脑瘫患儿神经发育疗法的疗效,为脑瘫患儿下肢功能的量化评定提供建议。方法利用三维运动捕捉系统采集15例偏瘫患儿和11例双瘫患儿康复前、后步态的时-空和运动学参数;利用独立样本均数t检验对康复前、后的对应参数进行比较。结果经独立样本均数t检验,除步长参数外,两组脑瘫患儿康复前、后步态的时-空参数均值之间均存在显著性差异(P<0.05);偏瘫患儿康复前、后步态的运动学参数均值之间亦存在显著性差异,双瘫患儿大部分运动学参数均值之间均存在显著性差异(均P<0.05)。结论三维步态分析可以量化评定脑瘫患儿的下肢运动功能。
Objective To provide reference for clinical evaluation of lower limb motor function in children with cer- ebral palsy (CP). Three-dimensional gait analysis was used to observe the effect of neurodevelopmental treatment (NDT). Methods With the application of 3D motion capture system, gait temporal-spatial and kinematic parameters of 15 hemiplegic CP, 24 diplegic CP pre-and post-rehabilitation were recorded. The data were analyzed by Independent Sam- ple T Test. Results There were significant differences in gait temporal-spatial parameters for children with CP between pre- and post-rehabilitation (〈0.05). There were significant differences in gait kinematic parameters for children with hemiplegic CP between pre- and post-rehabilitation (P〈0.05). There were significant differences in most of gait kine- matic parameters for children with diplegic CP between pre- and post-rehabilitation (P〈0.05). Conclusion Three-di- mensional Gait analysis can quantitatively evaluate lower limb motor functionin children with cerebral palsy.
