摘要
简述了JK型等单绳缠绕式矿井提升机固筒毂轴连接的设计缺陷,分析了其连接的失效机理;介绍了一种处理连接失效的新型轴卡连接方式及其施工方法与工艺,实际应用表明,该连接方式处理毂轴连接失效故障,简单易行,费用低,效果好,可供同仁借鉴;论述了预防毂轴连接失效的措施。
The paper described the design defect in hub-shaft connection of the fixed drum of JK singlerope winding mine hoist, and analyzed its failure mechanism. In addition, it introduced a new-type shaftclip connecting mode to avoid connection failure and its implementation process. Actual application showed the connection mode avoided the failure of hub-shaft connection, was simple and feasible with low cost and excellent effects, which offered reference for colleagues. The paper also discussed the countermeasures to prevent hub-shaft connection.
