摘要
湘西自治州是我国重要的绿茶产区,为促进该区茶叶产业的进一步发展,采用SWOT分析法,对湘西自治州茶叶产业的优劣势、机遇和威胁进行分析,提出发挥资源优势,夯实产业基础;健全技术服务体系,实现科技兴茶;加强品牌建设,完善市场营销网络等产业发展相应的对策和建议。
Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture is an important tea-producing area of China. In order to promote the further development of the tea industry in this region, the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of he tea industry in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture were analyzed by using SWOT analysis method, and the corresponding countermeasures and recommendations for the industrial development were proposed.
