摘要
纯电动汽车迅速发展,要求其空调系统也急需跟进;文中研究目的就是根据纯电动汽车特点,开发出一种纯电动汽车空调控制器系统;方法通过无位置传感器控制压缩机无刷直流电机来控制空调温度,介绍了一种新型过流检测电路;提出了一种新型控制方法,即:在考虑整车负载的基础上,使用多输入变量模糊控制算法对汽车空调压缩机及风机进行控制,同时兼顾了乘员的舒适性与汽车的动力性和续航里程;结果表明这种空调控制器运行良好,达到了预期效果;结论,该控制方法具有普遍意义,对纯电动汽车空调设计具有重要的借鉴意义。
The air conditioning system must follow up the rapid development of pure electric vehicles. The purpose of this paper is based on the characteristics of pure electric vehicles, the development of a pure electric vehicle air conditioning control system Using of position sen- sors to control the brushless DC motor for compressor. Design an over--current detection circuit. To meet the needs of both the power and the comfort of the car, propose a new control method of controlling the automobile air conditioning compressor motor basing on multiple input variables of the fuzzy control algorithm, in the condition of load vehicle. Results show that this controller has good air conditioning Operation. It concluded that the control method has universal significance, havin~ important reference for the oure electric car air conditionine design.
