摘要
海洋电力业是越南着力推动发展的新能源。越南有3 260km的海岸线,发展海洋电力业具有独特的优势。目前,越南的海洋电力业主要是风电项目,经过多年的发展已取得一定成效,但未达政府规划的目标,资金和技术都还缺乏。按照越南现在的经济发展和能源消耗速度,能源的缺口会越来越大,越南政府应加大风电项目的发展,以促进越南经济的发展。
Vietnam is striving to promote the development of marine electrical power as a new energy. With 3, 260 kilometers of coastline, Vietnam is endowed with a unique advantages for development of marine power. The present major marine electrical power industry in Vietnam is the wind power project, which has made certain achievements through years of development, but faills to reach the government＇s planning target for lack of capital and technology. In light of Vietnamese current economic growth and energy consumption rate along with the in-creasingly severe energy gap, Vietnam should step up the development of wind power projects in an effort to pro-mote the development of the economy.
