摘要
目的:观察经验方消疹饮治疗湿疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将160例湿疹患者随机分为2组(n=80),治疗组给予消疹饮内服及外用敷洗;对照组给予抗组胺药马来酸氯本那敏(扑尔敏)内服及外涂糖皮质激素丁酸氢化考的松乳膏(龙卓尔)。结果:治疗组总有效率显著优于对照组(97.50%vs 58.75%,P<0.05)。两组均未出现肝肾功能损害,但对照组出现嗜睡53例(66.25%)、口干51例(63.75%),而治疗组中则无此不良反应(P<0.01)。结论:消疹饮治疗湿疹疗效满意,且安全性高。
AIM：To observe the clinical effect of the Xiaozhen Yin on eczema.METHODS：160cases of eczema were randomly divided into 2 groups of 80 cases.The treatment group was given Xiaozhen Yin to take orally and for topical application.The control group was given chlorpheniramine maleate to take orally and hydrocortisone butyrate for topical application.RESULTS：The total effectiveness on the treatment group was better than that of control group（97.50%vs 58.75%,P〈0.05）.There was no damage to liver and kidney function in neither group.The control group had 53 cases of somnolence（66.25%）,51 cases of dry mouth（63.75%）;while there was no such adverse reaction in treatment group（P〈0.01）.CONCLUSION：It is satisfying and safety to use Xiaozhen Yin to treat the eczema.
