摘要
分析制约柳钢罩式退火炉生产效率的因素,介绍在生产组织、退火工艺、设备管理等方面实施的优化与改进,使平均日产量由7300t提升到7500t以上。
The factors to limit the production efficiency of cover were analyzed, the optimized and improved measures implemented in type annealing furnace in Liuzhou Steel respects of production organization, annealing process and equipment management were introduced, and hence the average daily output was increased from 7 300t to 7 500 t and more.
