摘要
法人治理结构改革是公立医院改革的重要任务。论文厘清了公立医院法人治理结构改革、医院社会责任俩者之间的关系,并发现前者可以通过建立"第三部门"影响政府职能、管理人员行为、医务人员积极性进而影响后者即社会责任的履行;通过完善制度安排:股权的安排、理事会(董事会)的治理、管理层的任用进而影响医院履行社会责任。完善公立医院法人治理结构能促进医院履行社会责任。
Reform on corporate governance structure is an important task of reform on public hospitals. The relationship be- tween reform on corporate governance structure and social responsibility of public hospitals was clarified. And it can be found that public hospitals＇ corporate governance structure can influence their social responsibility in the governmental function, administrators＇ behavior and medical staffs＇ enthusiasm by establishing ＂the third sectors＂. It was suggested to perfect system and stock equity, governance on the beard, and arrangement of administrators to improve the hospitals＇ performing social responsibility.
