摘要
针对QT8812汽车发动机油底壳腰部圆弧在拉深成形时容易出现的起皱现象,通过控制深浅盒连接面斜度,即分别采取45°,50°,55°,60°和65°这5个连接面斜度进行不同压边力下的拉深成形数值模拟。首先进行5个方案的一次拉深成形数值模拟,选取不同的压边力进行拉深成形,保留每个方案中的最优压边力方案,再以这些方案模型作为毛坯,进行二次拉深成形模拟,探索最优成形工艺参数。对比结果分析发现,在600 k N的压边力下,连接面斜度为60°时的拉深成形工艺方案为最优方案。最后采用最优方案进行拉深成形试验,试验结果与模拟结果很接近,起皱现象明显减少。
Wrinkles often appear in the circular arc in the forming of car engine oil pan QT8812. The numerical simulations of deep drawing on different blank holder forces were carried out by controlling the slope of the connectable surface with 45°, 50°, 55°, 60°, 65° respectively. Based on the above five different design schemes, the first deep drawing process was simulated with the different blank holder forces, and the optimization scheme was chosen. According to the optimal formed part, the second deep drawing was simulated, and the optimization technological parameters were explored. Comparing the results of different schemes, it is showed that the scheme of 60° connectable surface is the best under 600 kN blank holder force. Finally, the deep drawing experiment was conducted with the optimiza- tion scheme. The experimental result is close to the simulation result, and the wrinkle reduces significantly.
