摘要
考察H_2SO_4作为pH调整剂时,不同矿浆pH测试点对某铅锌尾矿中重晶石矿物浮选规律的影响。试验发现,矿浆pH值随搅拌时间、pH调整剂用量、矿浆质量分数三者的变化而变化,导致浮选过程的控制难度增加。测试结果表明,在加入捕收剂且pH值控制在5.5~6.5范围时,将矿浆中的Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)的质量分数控制在较低水平可获得较高的重晶石回收率。
Test point of pulp.pH value on flotation behavior of barite with H2 SO4 as pH regulator was investigated. The flota- tion tests showed that pH value of pulp changed greatly with the change of'conditioning period, regulator dosage and pulp concen- tration, which resulted in the greater difficulty in the control of flotation process. The test results indicated that higher recovery rate of barite could be obtained when controlling the concentra- tion of Caz+ ,Mg2+ in the pulp with addition of collector and pH value within 5.5~6.5.
