摘要
目的探究全方位护理干预对儿童留观输液的护理效果及安全性。方法选取2014年1月至2015年6月我院收治的134例需要留观输液治疗的患儿作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(60例)与观察组(74例)。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上给予全方位护理干预。比较两组的护理效果和异常状况发生率。结果观察组患儿平均输液等待时间为(0.6±0.3)h,平均输液次数为(5.5±2.7)次,一次穿刺成功率为91.9%;对照组患儿平均输液等待时间为(1.3±0.7)h,平均输液次数为(7.6±3.7)次,一次穿刺成功率为73.3%;两组各项护理指标相比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿输液期间发生咳嗽、发冷、嘴唇发绀、呕吐等异常状况的发生率为9.5%,对照组不良状况发生率为23.3%,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全方位护理干预能够改善患儿治疗的依从性,提高患儿输液首次静脉穿刺成功率,提高治疗效果和输液安全性,值得临床广泛推广应用。
Objective To explore the nursing effect and safety of omnibearing nursing intervention in children with transfusion. Methods 134 cases of children should be treated with transfusion in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group （60 cases） and observation group （74 cases）. The control group was given conventional nursing intervention, the observation group was given omnibearing nursing intervention on this basis. The nursing effect and incidence of unusual conditions were compared between two groups. Results The average waiting time of transfusion of observation group was （0.6 ± 0.3） h, the average times of transfusion was （5.5 ± 2.7）, the success rate of one-time puncture was 91.9%; the average waiting time of transfusion of control group was （1.3 ± 0.7） h, the average times of transfusion was （7.6 ± 3.7）, and the success rate of one-time puncture was 73.3%; the difference of two groups was statistical （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of unusual conditions （cough, chills, cyanosis of lips, emesis） during transfusion was 9.5%, significantly lower than 23.3% of control group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Omnibearing nursing intervention can improve the treatment compliance of children, increase the success rate of first venipuncture, improve the therapeutic effect and safety of transfusion, and deserves application in clinic.
