阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2012年6月至2014年6月来我院就诊的小儿支原体肺炎患儿112例作为研究对象。按治疗方法的不同将患儿分为对照组和观察组,每组各56例。两组患儿均给予常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上静脉滴注红霉素,观察组在常规治疗基础上静脉滴注阿奇霉素。比较两组的临床疗效、临床症状缓解时间、住院时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的总有效率为98.21%,显著高于对照组的78.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的咳嗽消失时间、退热时间、肺部音消失时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为3.57%,显著低于对照组的16.07%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿支原体肺炎采取阿奇霉素治疗的临床效果显著,且安全性好,值得在临床中推广使用。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of azithromycin in treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods 112 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected as research objects. According to different treatment method, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 56 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional therapy, and the control group was given erythromycin by intravenous infusion on the basis of routine therapy, the observation group was given azithromycin by intravenous infusion. The clinical efficacy, alleviation time of clinical symptoms and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 98.21%, significantly higher than 78.57% of control group, with statistically significant difference (P 〈0.05). The disappearing time of cough, relieving time of fever, disappearing time of lung rale and hospitalization time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group, with statistically significant diffemece (P〈0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was 3.57%, significantly lower than 16.07% of control group, with statistically significant difference (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Azithromycin has significant clinical effect and good safety in treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
