摘要
近年来我国社会群体性事件明显增多且多发生于基层,这考验着基层政府危机公关处理能力。在群体性事件处理中基层政府危机公关有着重要的作用,而目前我国基层政府危机公关能力仍是不足,具体表现在危机公关决策能力不强、沟通协调能力欠缺、信息处理能力较弱和舆论引导能力不强上。因此,基层政府应树立危机公关意识,强化危机公关理念;加强危机公关培训;成立基层公关协会;改善沟通方式与方法;规范信息处理流程;合理利用媒体,积极引导社会舆论,以提升基层政府危机公关能力。
In the past few years,the number of social mass incidents has grown significantly and centered on the grassroots level,which tests ability of crisis public relations of governments at basic level. Governments at basic level play an important role in dealing with social mass incidents. However,our governments at basic level have weaknesses in the decision- making ability on crisis public relations,the ability of communication and coordination,information processing ability,and ability to guide public opinion. Therefore,for improving ability of crisis public relations,Local governments should build awareness of crisis public relations,strengthen idea of crisis public relations; enhance the train of crisis public relations; establish public relation associations; improving the ways and means of communication; regulate information processing flow; reasonably use media and actively guide public opinions.
