摘要
采用文献资料法、网上查询法、逻辑分析法等对所查文献资料进行了整理、分析,对当前我国高水平运动队办队目的、制度、经费、场地设施、运动员及教练员现状等方面进行研究,对他们存在的问题、文献中的解决策略等进行了述评,希望对我国高水平运动队的发展贡献一些微薄之力。
